Crown Court Ruling - affecting group riding/leaders

I've read Ian's post in Ride Outs about the MCN article which says how the leader of a rideout can be held responsible for the group's speed - here's the article Crock of S**T

Absolutely unbelievable!!!!

I thought I'd post a separate thread to highlight this ruling. In case you're not aware Crown Court rulings can be used to guide judges in subsequent cases. Not sure if this means that PFs will be able to use the CC ruling?

Today I attended a packed Strichen church to wish farewell to Colin Duncan who died when his motorcycle was involved in an accident on the road between Kintore and Dunecht on Wednesday 11th.

Colin, together with his brother Sandy, were recent members of the GMC, joining in the latter part of the year and going on the Wednesday runs. (Sandy and I, both gentlemen of good taste as we both run Aprilia Futura bikes, had lots to discuss regarding good mods and other Aprilia matters. I hope he's ...

I'm wondering if any of the membership play a musical instrument? I know Don Jack plays guitar but have no idea if any of you play/sing?

Reason for asking is I wonder if anyone would be up for regular informal get togethers to play music? I used to play open mic nights and various other events when I lived in London with friends and colleagues and really miss playing with other people.

So if you have a guitar/bass/keyboard bent and are interested drop me an email. My address is on ...

There's a Honda official site where you can subsribe to updates and register to be one of the first to test ride the machine which is due for initial release this autumn by all accounts. However the first models won't have all the new tech features promised on this bike. You'll need to wait until next year to see the full versions I believe.

After wound heals he will be back for Radiotherapy He loked really well and was up and dressed with no plastic tubes sticking out of him when I left him. Thats why he was smiling... because I departed! I'm sure we all wish him a speedy recovery and back on his Ducati soon. Remember to keep the rubber on the road. Dan.

Just to advise.

Lidl's will be having their Motorcycling Stock for sale from the 2nd October.

They usually have some very good value jackets/boots etc and can be decent quality.

Not sure about the £ 30.00 crash hats but Liz & I both bought Kidney Belts last time at £ 2.99 each and they were the best value items we've ever bought.
